Q.How long does it take from Seoul Forest Station?
About 6 minutes on foot from exit 4 of Suin-Bundang Line Seoul Forest Station. Head west along Seoul Forest 4-gil and look for the corner building — we're on the 2nd floor. It's tucked into a side alley, so first-timers will find pinned directions in a map app the fastest.
Q.Is there parking?
No private parking. A paid public lot sits about 30 m to the right of the building — we recommend that one. Weekday lunch hours tend to have more open spots.
Q.What are your hours?
Daily 10:00–22:00 · Last order 21:30. Last order is at 21:30. Some seasonal items and cakes have limited daily stock and may sell out before close.
Q.Is there Wi-Fi and power?
Free Wi-Fi on both 2F and 3F. Power outlets are at most 3F seats, which makes it a good spot for work or meetings. 2F is mostly counter and pickup space, with only a few outlets.

Q.Can I reserve a seat?
We're walk-in by default. For groups of 10+ or meetings that need guaranteed seating, part of the 3F table area can be reserved in advance. DM us on Instagram or email with the party size, time, and a contact and we'll reply.
Q.Do you accommodate groups?
The 3F table area can host groups of 10–20. For more than 20, we also handle weekday-morning buy-outs on request. Group platters and box-lunch sets are handled as pre-orders.
Q.Are pets allowed?
The 1F outdoor terrace is pet-friendly. The 2F shop and 3F table area are not, per food-safety rules. We recommend ordering at pickup and enjoying it on the terrace.

Q.Can I host a pop-up or rent the space?
Yes. We run the 1F terrace and 4F rooftop as pop-up, shoot, and class venues for outside brands — 1F by the day, 4F by the week (up to 8 weeks). The 3F table area can be added on.
Q.How much does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per project, based on space, duration, and event type. Set-up complexity, F&B collaboration, and on-site staffing all change the number. Send your dates and a brief on the venue inquiry form and we'll come back with an estimate.
Q.What's the minimum lead time?
We ask for at least 14 days to coordinate set-up, operations, and PR. For busy seasons (year-end, spring), 6–8 weeks ahead is recommended.
Q.Can the venue run while the shop is open?
Yes. The 1F terrace and 4F rooftop operate separately from the shop, so they're available even during regular 2F café hours. If foot traffic might overlap (e.g., outside media shoots), we coordinate in advance.
